Pre-Season for Spring Baseball

All pre-season workouts/bullpens/batting practice are optional but highly recommended and encouraged for players to attend. All the workouts are for your benefit to help you have the best chance to make the team come tryouts. (High School Only)

Offseason Batting Practice

This is a once a week morning practice for all HS players that can make it. All returners and everyone else trying out for the Spring season are encouraged to attend.

Gym shorts and athletic shoes are required. Bring a bat and helmet if you have it, if not we have extra.  

  • Every Tuesday (beginning 10/3/23) - 6:45am - 8:10am

Offseason Weights

Our lifting program will go through the week of February 19th.

  • Monday/Wednesday/Thursday (beginning 11/6/23) - 4:05pm - 5:15pm

Dates and Times could change based on the week and after school weight room schedule.

Bullpens and Batting Practice

6:45am - 8:15am

**Winter Sport Athletes who are pitchers do your best to make it to the bullpen sessions to get your arm in shape**
